Current Movies - Thumbs UP or Thumbs DOWN

Face it Sour we both need a lot of explanations, hearing aids, etc. My brother hears part of what is said, and I try to figure out the rest & vice versa. He also tends to nap during slow parts and I'm on my own. I wouldn't mind captions at all.

PS Sour you are the Best. !! I like your attitude.

Potato Chip, I just came across a movie coming out near the end of this month. Forgot the title but it said "Ruth Wilson" was in it and something about dating I think in UK. Isn't Ruth - Alice Morgan from Luther? I would go see it just for that honestly.

Yes, her name is Ruth Wilson, but there doesn't seem to be a movie like that on her IMDb page?

Next up I believe is "Deadpool 2" hoping that Mother's Day brings me a movie gift card.
I haven't seen Deadpool 1 yet, I've got it reserved at the library, I hope it becomes available soon, so I can watch it and then see the new one.

Yesterday, I went to the pictures to see "Concert for George", it was a concert/documentary they filmed a year after George Harrison died. It was good.

This is from Sunday's Chicago Tribune Summer Movie Preview(dates may vary by location)

May 25 "How to Talk to Girls at Parties." A group of teens, enamored with punk rock in
1977 London, encounter an equally rebellious flock of adolescent aliens." with Ellie Fanning,Alex Sharp, Nicole Kidman, RUTH WILSON, Matt Lucas.

Not sure what kind of aliens they mean - out of this world kind, or the other

Are just Ringo and Paul left of the group?
Yes, they both appeared at the concert. Ringo just got a knighthood not long ago. Others at the concert are dead too, now, like Tom Petty and Billy Preston. Sad, really. :(
I haven't seen any of the hunger games movies yet. I must get around to it one of these days.

Today we saw "The Rider". The story of Brady Jandreau a Native American bronc rider who suffered a traumatic brain injury at a rodeo and had to give up riding. Jandreau, his father and sister play themselves in the movie, and all other cast members are non professional. Gritty, harsh, sad and absolutely REAL. Not everyone will like this movie, but I loved it and will go the maximum 4 stars. Princess gives it 3 stars.
