I liked the look of the Lego Ninjago Movie from the trailer. It looked funny. I didn't end up seeing it at the cinema though.

Today we saw "3 Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri.

On your recommendation I'm seeing this on Sunday. They sent me an advance screening notice and I grabbed a ticket. Thanks for the heads-up.
(I'm also seeing Blade Runner 2049 next week, I missed it when it was movie of the week but there's a cheap ticket next week so I grabbed that as well.)

Saw "Ladybird" yesterday. We'll both go a 3 on this 'mother/daughter' film.

Hope we go to see the 3 Billboards movie this weekend. Now my brother sent me a review for "I,Tonya." Hmmp. I want to see Billboards.

"I, Tonya" looks as if it might be okay. Next on our list are "Darkest Hour" and the Hugh Jackman circus movie.

My brother has been waiting for" Darkest Hour" and so far it isn't anywhere around us.

I really like Hugh Jackman- he is multi talented and easy on the eyes.

Yes, Hugh's good value. I don't think he'll be running around in a singlet in this new movie, unfortunately.

Saw the 3 billboards movie. Excellent. Every member of the cast was great. Suspense in the story to find out what happened next. Thanks Sourland for mentioning it. Terrific movie.

There was a preview for a movie with sally hawkins in it and some creature in a tank. Guillermo del Toro directed. I've just recently seen Pan's Labyrinth which was a great movie. I didn't catch the title (I don't watch trailers all the way through, they show too much of the movie and can spoil it). It looked pretty good, I might see it. I like Sally Hawkins, she's very good.

I know what you mean! Fortunately I forget most of what I saw in a trailer 15 minutes after I watched it.

We watched a classic last night: The Green Mile.
One of Stephen King's best books is also a fantastic movie. Thumbs UP!

I know what you mean! Fortunately I forget most of what I saw in a trailer 15 minutes after I watched it.

I forget most things but the trouble is that I don't know how much a trailer will reveal and if it does reveal a lot, you can't unsee it and sometimes it "sticks". It particularly annoys me when they show scenes that are at the end of the movie..... I've had trailers put me off seeing a movie. Not because it looked bad, but because the trailer basically showed the whole movie so I didn't see any point watching the whole thing

It's been ages since I watched The Green Mile, I don't really remember anything about it, I should rewatch it.
