Got up early and went to a morning viewing of "Vice". One of Dick Cheney's lines in the movie was "There is evil in this world." He was right. The degree to which you like this movie may depend upon your perception of Cheney. The Princess gives it 3.75 I will go a 3. Christian Bale 'is' Cheney, and Steve Carrel 'is' Rumsfeld.

The theater we went to has reclining seats and the guy sitting next to me extended his seat, crossed his legs , poured popcorn in his lap and proceeded to eat popcorn off of his crotch. I swear you can't make this stuff up.

Can't like that Sour - . I can't unsee that. We get some cretins too. Just not that gross.

BTW we saw Welcome to Marwen this morning. My brother gave it 3.5 for Steve's performance and so did I.


I know all about unrequited love- but, don't spring back well.

Yesterday we saw "The Mule". I wasn't particularly enthused about going to see it, but found it to be good entertainment. 3's from both the Princess and me. Clint Eastwood is seriously old and rough looking, but he still has 'it'.

I suggested that movie but, brother isn't on board. Funny, he is the one that sent me a movie review that was very favorable about it. Almost out of gift cards anyway, so I can wait for something better.

On a movie roll here. Today we saw "Second Act". Now understand I am probably prejudiced because J LO is easy on the eye and I have a man crush on Milo Ventimiglia because of his role as 'Jack' in "This is Us", but both the Princess and I give it 3's. Good entertainment, and again she sure is easy on the eye.

I know Milo better as Peter from "Heroes," a short lived but, very good series."He "had" to save the cheerleader. He had a brother Nathan and I think both of them could fly (without a cape, etc.)
And highlighted the bad guy Zachary Quinto, who would kill other "supers," and eat their brains to gain their powers.

Surprising then, that he went on to become SPOCK and a very good one in the newer Star Trek movies.

I'm sure the movie was good Sour, I just don't care for J LO. She had her "behind" insured for $ 1 million from Lloyds of London. Just how do you insure a butt? Will her butt enhancers spring a leak or ????

What to see, what to see ? Starting on Friday these are available : "On the Basis of Sex", "The Upside", "A Dog's Way Home", "Beale Street".
