A little after the sun rose, Basalt left Ace sleeping in his room and rolled down the hall to about the end. He untucked at a door marked: ‘Advisor’.

I suspected she was in her room.
Basalt knocked on the door. “Advisor Sterling.” He said, hoping she wasn’t still sleeping. “Would you help me with something?”

Storm: that's all? I was sure that there would be more already. *she looked down at the papers she was reading.* I had sent someone out to our western lands to recruit, would you take the south? *she asked as she read over the report she was holding.*

*ace had woken after he left. He was confused as he didn't see Basalt there. He sniffed around where Basalt was sleeping, but he wasn't good at tracking yet. So Instead he went to look for him.*

“Sure. I’ll write a list of possible candidates and be back before sunset.” She took a piece of blank paper and flew off toward the southern mountain peaks.

That said, welcome to Draconat, a mystical planet where dragons roam and live free. They are intelligent societies, they think and act much like humans.
A dragon goes through three stages of life.
1. Wyrm: When they are young they have shorter arms and legs, (If any), and soft skin. Only a few have the ability to fly at this point in their lives. Their most common behavior is to hide because they are easily killed.
2. Pupa: This is the adolescent stage of dragons, where they are getting stronger but they have a painfully hard shell, and move slowly. One day, however, the skin snaps and they are able to come out as a fully grown dragon
3. Imago: This is the final stage of a dragon's life. They are fast and strong and look like how they're going to look for the rest of their life. They look out for their young and the young of others in their tribe.
The dragons live in tribes.
The tribes are widespread and consist of dragons of the same type. Enfernae, Aquations, Aerattl, Solosis, and Mortimauner.
Enfernae is the fire dragons. They breathe fire and enjoy heat and the desert formations of their canyon habitats. (Imagine the grand canyon, but hot) They have testy personalities and are quick to fight, so they praise a level-headed leader that prevents them from destroying themselves.
Aquations are the water dragons. Currently Aquation lands (The ocean and all the water) are corrupted (VERY IMPORTANT) There is a virus causing water dragons to turn against their own kind. This forces Aquation Wyrms to be adopted by other families.
Aerattl are flying dragons. They have communities among the clouds and can hover when sleeping. Often they are long and snakelike, and whip around in the air. They have light, free personalities and take jokes well.
Solosis are the earth dragons, they live either underground in huge, expansive burrows, or in caves. They often can’t fly. Their breath weapon is generally rocks, or some of the … dragons are guardians over a specific type of tree or plant. They can grow that plant wherever they want. (That may be too confusing) Sometimes they are blind. They generally have tough personalities but most are soft on the inside.
Not much is known about the illusive Mortimauner dragon, but rumors say they reign over death and even decide who lives and who dies. (NOT AN OPTION FOR YOUR OC RIGHT NOW)

Looks: He is a large dragon with no wings. He is a deep forest green with a large rack of deer antlers with sharb deep blue eyes. He is stalky and muscular with thick scales that all come to a tip. The largest scales start from the bottom of his chin to the tip of his tail with similar scales mirroring them on the top from his nose to his tail tip. Like his daughter, he has a sharp beak, but his is more pronounced. He has two sharp spines over both eyes and on all four elbows. He always has his long sword at his side and a shield on one arm. He usually as a cool look on his face.
