Vixen's mother shook her head.
"Ohhh, Vixen. You are going to regret this big time." She hissed dangerously.

Rowan lightly chuckled at Vixen's mom but in away that she couldn't tell.

Splash flew around the Enfernae land happily. She had no idea of what was going on with the Monarche and her mom.

A few hours later, Apollyon called Amethyst back in. "I have questions for you." He said.

"What do you know about the stone embedded in your forehead?"

Amethyst thought about it for a little bit.
"It's made of- purple quartz- or amethyst- and... until recently, i've never seen it grow like this. That's all. Oh- and some of the dragons in your lab started trying to chip a bit off of the stone but my heart rate increased and it hurt a lot. They concluded that taking even a small sample of the crystal would probably kill me."

Amethyst thought about it for a little bit.

"I know this." Apollyon said. He looked thoughtfully at the back wall. "Go to the lab and ask for Merin. Tell him I sent you."

Amethyst pranced away and after a few minutes returned with a nervous-looking scientist. "You sent for me, sir?"

Onyx flew southeast, away from the Tallcanyon House. The guard had quickly informed her that Vixen’s advisors had been the most help, but Onyx had lost her chance with them. He also told her that two Aerattl named Starshine and Zephyr (who he said was the Aerattl Monarche’s advisor) had been involved as well. She wasn’t going to go for another advisor, so her best bet was Starshine. Onyx hadn’t pushed it and asked for a location, so she was going to have to find the black dragon on her own. She knew from rumors that she lived at the beach, it she also had a clinic in town.
The flight took awhile, but she finally mad her way the the Cloud City mountain. Her wings were powerful enough that she could get to the top of the mountain without the lift, but at the top she had to put on the wristbands that helped her magically float on the clouds. “Now,” Onyx said to herself. “To find Starshine.”

Amethyst pranced away and after a few minutes returned with a nervous-looking scientist. "You sent for me, sir?"

*mao turned to look at the guard when he heard what he said.*

Mao: she did? *to be honest, he wasn't sure if vixen would have believed that side of the story or not. Wich is why he was so nervous when he told her.*

*starshine picked tide up gently and examined her carefully.*

Starshine: Wisp, when I woke up, I was sure I smelled another dragon in here, would you check around?? See if anyone broke in?
