She shrugged her tiny wings. "I don't know. One day, she just dropped me in the water, and then she up and left. So, ever since, I've been swimming around in this water, all alone." She explained to him. "At least, until I met this other water dragon and she helped take me out of the water. And now I'm meeting you and your girlfriend over here."
"Why that--.... if I ever bumped into her I'd for sure give her a piece of MY mind!!" He growled, as the flames starting coming from his nostrils. Then he realized that he was probably scaring the youngsters so he made sure to calm down before he said anything more.
"What?! My girlfriend?!?! Oh, you mean-- OH, I get it. No, um, yeah, we actually don't really know each other." He said rather sheepishly.
She giggled. "Before she left, she told me that she was leaving for good. I don't know what exactly she meant by that though. You can't just leave this world for good, can you?" She asked him, the gears in her little brain were turning.
"Oh, I just assumed." She giggled again at his reaction.
"Hmm, I wonder what she meant by that." Ocavo internally wondered if the mother had gone away to die.
*starshine had been watching from close by, and landed nearby as he asked that. She didn't typically get along to well with most enfernae she's met so far so she didn't really want to get close.*
"That's good.
Starshine: no, we've not met before. *she shook his claw when he held it out.*
Afina looked around at the other dragons that were around her. She smiled when the Aerattl said that Tide was with her.
