Lepidoptera was sure the tunnel seemed longer than it had been before. He thought he had begun to outrun the collapsing section of the cave, the rumbling and crashing getting farther behind him, until a stalactite smacked him in the face. He was so startled he almost dropped his crystal. He glanced back and saw some sort of…green thing. Hang on, a green stalactite? he thought in confusion. Dumbfounded, he stopped in his tracks, despite the collapsing cave behind him. What is that thing?
