“Oh no,” Basalt said. “He can stay with me, but thank you.” He frowned at the idea of the pods, unwilling to try it on himself. “I’m not sure about your Enfernae scientists, but I’m not putting that thing on me.”Vixen smiled at the little Aquation. "It's no problem at all. In fact- If he wishes to go, the nursury already has one occupant."
Vixen nodded. "Of course. It is dangerous and I'm not one to make a bad decision. I had several servents prepare uncorrupted water tanks; don't worry, they will be recycled back to storage water once we're done here. Only if you choose to test the pods."
Tide jumped onto a tiny sand dune, flattening it with her wide tail. “What do you want to do?” Tide said. “Should we go back home? Do you think we could go to one of the mountains?”Whisp smiled sadly, after their long walk they had reached the beach.
Basalt roared in indignation. “A pepper? Why is my wyrm eating spicy Enfernae peppers?” He rushed over, panicking. “What’s an ice flower? Will it help?”*ace was now trying to rub the spiciness off his tongue. It hurt so much that he couldn't help but cry.*
