Cursed Waters- A Dragon RP

“Oh,” Basalt said. “Well this is the ocean. Maybe we can visit the river sometime.”

“You too!” Zephyr called back.

“More guards? Can we not stay with the Aerattl Monarche? Doesn’t she have lots of guards?” Tide asked.
Ace: it sure smells different. Is that where I should have hatched? In the ocean instead??

*storm waved to her before heading for solosis territory.*

Starshine: yes. But it is her that has asked us to go there to assist them. Their trying to find out how to get rid of the curse.

"Merin!" Apollyon called as Onyx left. "You requested an audience."
Merin came foreward. "Sir, the girl's dna. Something doesn't click right. I've managed to split it in half. But when I add the two together, well look."
Merin showed Apollyon two bottles of chemicalized dna. "These are very unconsentrated, because of the dangerous reaction that happens when the two are put together."
Merin carefully put one drop of one bottle into the other, then quickly dropped the bottle because it was de-composing. The chemical reaction created an extremely strong acid that was now melting the floor.

“Well, if you hatched here I might not’ve found you and you could still have been in the corrupted water.” Basalt landed with a thump on the sandy ground. “Here we are!” He let Ace down on the sand.

”Okay,” Tide said. “What is she doing?” She followed Starshine and Whisp out the door.

“Bat? Pupa?” Onyx muttered, but Azira was gone. The red and white dragon walked down the busy halls and made her way to the lab. She asked for Amethyst, ‘Apollyon’s orders’, and the scientists led her to the room she was being held in. A guard opened the door, and Onyx walked in. She already had an idea to get Amethyst on her side. “Amethyst, right?” Onyx said, walking up to the makeshift bed that had been made for the little pupa.

"Very interesting. Thank you, Merin." Apollyon stretched out his arm and the acid collected in a ball suspended in the air, thus keeping it from melting the floor further.

He looked back at the scientist.

"Do you believe there would be a way to manipulate this reaction to control it when we wish?"

"Unless you can use your levitation manipulation in mass quantities for a long amount of time, then I do not believe it would be practical. It cannot be contained other than by your miraculous gift."
Merin looked behind his shoulder in the direction at the lab. "It's also very difficult to extract, and due to the acidic properties I cannot clone her. It shouldn't be possible for her to be alive but yet she is."

"Hmmm. Extremely unusual." The dragon murmured to himself. "You have my permission to leave."

Starshine: experimenting on a way to safely enter the water to try and find the cause. *though the details were not given for security reasons. It didn't take long for the other researchers and healers to be up.*

*storm flew quickly toward solosis territory, heading for the central cave.*

(I'd say there's about five others besides them.)

"Ah. Sir? Shall I wake the girl? Further attempts at cloning will surely end in disaister."
"Keep the DNA formulas in the separate bottles. I may have use for them. Go wipe her memory from three days ago until now. Then keep her unconscious until Onyx can get her home, where she will wake up."
