Zephyr whirled around at the guard’s shout. Quickly, she pushed a gem each to Vixen, Mao, and Rowan. “These are Presence Stones.” Zephyr explained quickly. “They deter the effects of the Vision Stones, who Monarche Storm suspects may have been stolen all those years ago.” She held up her own shimmering crystal. Storm, the Solosis leaders, and I already have our own. They may be of use someday.”

Amethyst dropped her ears so that she looked like an ashamed rabbit. She hadn't realized there was an adult. "Uh- uh- uh- uh-"

*mao took the stone from her. He looked at Vixen for a while longer.*

Mao: don't get yourself killed. *he said before heading for the back entrance.*

*storm watched from the window as the troops she'd ordered to provide back up left for enfernae territory.*

Basalt jumped at the alert from Vixen. “I am far away from my army, and weary of flying.” He said. “However, I shall attempt to assist Enfernae with my dragons” Quickly, he burst in the house on Axel (Shilah, Sterling?). “Axel,” He said. “Good to see you, but Enfernae is in danger. Please rush to Monarche Vixen’s aid while I attempt to communicate with my army.” He looked at Shilah, sizing her up with a glance. “I know your young,” he said. “And I’m not going to send you into battle, so would you take Ace home? I cannot bring him into battle.” Basalt’s face grew worried. “And.. please, please take care of him.”

Zephyr shook her head, for the first time defying a Monarche. “Thank you but no. I’m sure my Monarche will be safe, and it’s you these imposters are after. I want to stay and wait for my Aerattl reinforcements.”

Tide, hard of flying, panted as she flew alongside Starshine. “Uhh, Starshine?” She said, concerned. “Why are there so many black dragons in front of the Enfernae castle? I thought Enfernae were red!”

Onyx watched from behind the ranks of clones as they pushed Vixen’s throne room. She smirked. There were too many clones and not enough Enfernae soldiers. Quickly, she flew up to Flint. “We need to stop those soldiers from coming from the windows and balconies.” She informed him.
