"Tank" Apollyon called his heaviest dragon over. The Solosis grudgingly walked over and put the bracelets on. Apollyon nodded and the braces activated. Tank shot up into the sky beyond where one could see, up in the clouds.
Storm: it's probably safe to say that those bracelets can help you breath the thin air up there to?
“How did you- how did he get those?” He said, looking over at Vixen. “Did you give him those? I thought they were secret!”
“They cant.” Basalt said, looking at her. “I’ve worn them, they don’t help the lack of oxygen. The reason that Aquation,” he nodded at Tide, who looked startled. “Can breathe up there is because she’s used to low oxygen underwater.” He turned back to Apollyon. “So what’s your little box do.” He snapped evenly at the red dragon.
"If you actually were interested, I'd tell you." Apollyon frowned.
Storm: I ask you again, what do you plan to do after uniting the continent?
“And you don’t think I am?” Basalt said incredulously.
“Are you going to answer Monarche Storm or what?” Basalt said, changing the subject.

Implement a universal monetary system. Find ways to make the groups inter-connective and not only symbiotic, but necessary to each other. Erase strict tribal borders and let all dragons live where it suits them. Complete curing of the waters and Aquation dragons alike. Bring fine order to everything.
Storm: and you intend to lead them how? As a respectable leader who takes the wishes of those under him into account, or a tyrant who forces his will upon them?
