Well, Storm doesn’t have a second advisor rn, it’s a little too late to self-proclaim Monarche and Advisor, but if she proves what a good fighter/leader she is, Storm could make her Advisor! Advisor is basically 2nd in command. And having two helps the Monarche. They just cover the things the Monarche can’t get to and help her out, accompany her on business trips or watch the Tribe while she’s gone.

He hasn’t been RP’d much, but he’s basically the Solosis nursery protector. He makes sure they stay safe before they fly (if they can). Because there are a lot of sinkholes and precarious rocks. At the beginning of the attack, he was deep in the Great Cave protecting the nursery.
The Enfernae are blocked off from going any deeper into the Cave, but a Solosis like Shilah would be able to make her way in through the ground.

Oh yeah, he’s a Solosis/ Aquation hybrid too.
