Marrow opened the door, peeking out and then gasping. "Moss! Are you alright?! No, that's a silly question, of course, you're not!"

"Moss! Of course it's me, and why did you show up half-dead on my doorstep? For heaven's sakes!"
Marrow pushed with all her might until Moss was inside the house. "Let me go get you some water."

"I-i-i I just- I- I don't know." He breathed faintly.

"I'm tired." He groaned.

The door opened again and a good bit more food was tossed in, including some more bones and some bread, among other things.

It was dark by the time he arrived. The Enferna slipped through the quiet streets, around the patrolling guards, and up to the palace.
 
*shilah had met up with her father, accel, after a while, unsure of what to do next at the moment, they went to check out the caves.*

*storm had finished the paperwork for the day several hours ago and was checking on her soldiers, making sure the guards were still alert.*

*starshine finished after a while and stretched as she went to look around the cave more.*

*azira found herself sharpening her claws so they were ready for any up coming fights. She had already sharpened her daggers beforehand.*

@the_peanut_coop Can it be night? This seems like the right time.

While Starshine fixed up a makeshift medical station- Tide began to explore. She quickly grew uneasy at the awkward, and sometimes glaring, looks from the Aerattl and walked towards the entrance of the cave. She quietly sat behind the white feathered guard named Pandion and looked over his head at the stars outside. They seemed especially bright, being so much closer to the sky in the mountains.
