custom feed

I've just found out that our feed elevator will make a custom feed for us so long as we give them a few days notice

SO I've notices that come this winter they're eating our feed twice as fast, I'm thinking they're needing some more of something in their diet to keep warm.
SO the question... Does anyone have a good ratio/recipe for a winter layer flock feed?
