Custom made chicken saddles $3.25 each. Now with wing protectors

Very pleased with mine- well made, work like advertised and easy to put on. If you unsnap them before picking up the chicken you can do it by yourself. With a partner it was easier (well my partner was 6 so it was marginally easier

). After some initial fast stepping and duck walking (funny when a chicken does it) they settle in pretty quick. Some pecked at the snaps on a few where the snap showed till till they settled into the feathers or I adjusted them on the bird, but other than that both the wearer and flock mates act like they are not even wearing them and did so in quick order. enjoy, Keystonepaul

Recieved mine today and it looks great. Now my DH understands what a chicken saddle is and has finally quit laughing. He was trying to figure out what was going to ride it.

Thanks everyone! Glad those chickens are loving their saddles. I like the under the wing better than the cross under type. They are more comfortable and I have never had one fall off as long as they are the right size.

Paddock: Glad your DH doesn't think you have really lost it.

You wouldn't believe how people react when I tell them that I make chicken diapers and saddles.
