Cut on bottom of feet

My rooster got some cuts on the bottom of his feet, can I out ointment and bandage him up?

I would probably clean his feet with chlorhexidene (or Hibiclens) or betadine, then apply Neosporin ointment. How deep are the cuts?

Not that deep just minor bleeding

It might be easier to cage him for a day or two on clean pine shavings or puppy pads to let them heal up a bit. Watch his feet a little later on to make sure he doesn't get bumblefoot. That is a swollen footpad sith a black dot, and is a staph infection, and sometimes is serious.
