That is so cool that he lives in the house! I have always wanted to have one special house chicken but my husband says NO. Noooooooooo. No!

What do you do about the little poops?

lots and lots and lots of paper towels! Or sometimes it's a good use of old clothes that I don't want anymore but they are too messed up to wash and donate, so they become chicken cleaning rags. Also if he has a place that he likes to stand/sit for afew hours at a time (like on top of my laptop screen) I put a piece of posterboard behind it. And I have a chicken diaper that I got on ebay but I dont use it too much.

Do you think it's the colours of the toy-fish that he's offended by? Maybe he's concerned that the hens will find the bright colours in the toy-fish more attractive than his own lovely feathers.
