So as some know my three hens are my first babies. I always thought the feeders were red because it was cheap or something. Honestly I never thought about it much. Until I went outside in my red flannel and my Betty kept pulling on my shirt. LOL. Every time. So I looked it up and realized they love the color red. Needless to say my red flank will not be worn into their run anymore.

The girls pecking dust on my pants!

Yep they sure love it! Polka dots and any patterns too. My pants always have cat hair on them and the girls peck the dust 🤣
These are my girls if you haven’t seen them. The black one is Betty Boop. She’s always the one that pecks at the red shirt or at my leg if I go away and leave them in my brother in laws hands too long. Even though he spoils them just as bad. I guess they just know who mom is lol brats

Slightly different but my birds love to peck the snow off my boots. And I've been letting them out and onto the snow. They eat snow like crazy.

Aw! I love Easter Eggers!

When I first got chickens, years and years ago, I learned the hard way not to wear flip flops and toe nail polish into the chicken run! Also, be careful of jewelry. They will peck at anything shiny and the number of threads on here asking for help because someones chicken ate their earring...
