Those are fabulous names! love that they have middle names...my dog does, you know in case she is bad i can scold her with both names! My bantam EE laid her first egg today! Finally!

My RIR is Tweety because we have a tuxedo cat name Sylvester that was checking her out so the name stuck. My husband calls her Nugget but she does not come to that when we call her only to Tweety. We also have another RIR named Chicken Little. When I was taking care of my friends black Australorp (she started losing her feathers in the cold of winter) , I gave her the name Gertrude but she became Gertie for short. I have other chickens at my friends house but haven't named them yet.

I just got a bantam black Cochin....which I thought was a hen...not! He crowed a few days ago.... so we named him Mr. Fancy Pants. When you call his name, he stomps his feet and does a turn around and shakes his tail feathers which have a hunter green hue in the sunlight. Then comes running to me to be picked up. My husband says he is doing the Hokey Pokey....LOL

We hane one RIR - Red (I know boring)
One Ameracauna - Name is due to a crooked upper beak -- Scissor Lips
One Black Sexlink -- Name is due to she seems to always be facing away and "grazing" when I go in the pen -- Fluffy Butt
One Barred Rock -- Domino
One Buff Orpington -- Marilyn (Yes, as in Monroe)
