The kids named the meat rabbits so I got my turn. We are hatching (hopefully) silkie eggs and the kids will each get their own to name. Should be interesting... our dog narrowly escaped being named Hairy

I finally got my chicks they are now three and four weeks old and doing well. I was reading all of the cute names and had to use Mary poopins it was just so cute!
Maran olive egger- Mary poopins
Red star olive egger-big bird (she was yellow and bigger than the rest and had the little white fluffy tail feathers)
Silver phoenix-phoenix & Tilly
Cream legbar- scrambles
Blrw- scratch
Silver spangled Hamburg- miss buttons mcstrutton
