How is our little mystery roo looking these days?

You mean the possible BR/SLW cross? Hard to say-they are in the nursery coop in the broody pen being used as a brooder now and with the red lights and the cold weather, I haven't taken him out to see what he really looks like. If it warms up in the next couple of days, which it's supposed to do, I'll see if I can get a picture for you. Kate is coming on Saturday and it's supposed to get to almost 60 degrees so maybe I can grab him out and get a pic. I can still tell him from the others, the end of his tail is white.

I tried to take a picture inside the coop today for you. It'd be better in the sun, but here he is. The barring isn't really barring, it's more splotching, LOL. That's my new, made-up word for this pattern. And look at the weird tail.
