I had a few hours over the past week to Clean the motors and Gearboxes (Parts not stripped with the acid) and Paint all the other Metal parts. I am waiting for an aditional Digital Thermometer to come in from Chink:rolleyes: before I completly Wire the Incubator up with all new wires and make everything nice and neat.

Here are a few Before and After pics of the Turner motor assembly

Proposed Control Panel Layout

IncubatorControlPanel.jpg

Two Digital Thermometers on the far left will measure the temperature at the top of the incubator and at the bottom to ensure even heat.
The toggle switches will control...Unit Power, Lights, Thermometer Display power, and The Turner motor. All will have LEDs above to indicate power on

Thats all for now, Ill post pics of the Turner all put back together after I get all the Stainless Steel Hardware installed.

OMGosh Can we say AWESOME! This is great!!!!!!!!!!

Can you show a picture how the fan blows the air to the bottom?

There is a 3.5" gap from where the shelf with the fan meets the front door and a 3" gap from the back door to the back of the fan shelf. This forces the air down and around.

Does this make sense to you? If not I'll try to draw a diagram tonight

In the last picture on page 1 you can see the gap in am talking about. The shelf doesn't go all the way back... Same thing in the front. Just a little bit more of a gap

Dogginfox, where did you get the turner frame? a used 1502? or homemade?
I am at the same point, and it's just too complicated to hand make, so I am using stationary shelves, and separate turners.
