My temps are rock solid. 99.5°F with no fluctiation. The incubator reads a solid 3°F higher than it actually is. So easy to adjust. Humidity is 60%I see veining. How are your temps holding up?
My rule of thumb is to document what I think, but leave them (as long as they don't smell) until last candling. Some of the Porcelain eggs I sampled are a little hard to see if anything is going on. Wednesday, every egg will be candled and I'll submit pictures of questionable ones.
That's what I'm planning on doing. My rule of thumb is to document what I think, but leave them (as long as they don't smell) until last candling.
I'm going to have plenty of extra eggs after my second set if you'd be interested. PM if interested, I've been wanting to test something with buyer's permission.

I'll let the humidity drop over the course of several days. I ran at 50% several batches ago and had 100% hatch rate. What are you wanting to test? PM me if you want.
Humidity at 60%?? That would drown my chicks. I run about 30% prior to the last 3 days.
By the way, the eggs I got from TJChickens were an assortment, but she sent 5 porcelain. 4 are still doing well at day 14ish! One didn't develop. 2 golden necks developed, but one of those quit a few days ago. Neither of the 2 mille's developed at all. I still don't consider it bad, seeing as they were shipped 2500 miles across the whole country.
You are the 3rd person I’ve heard say this.Neither of the 2 mille's developed at all.
That really sucksYou are the 3rd person I’ve heard say this.![]()
