I kind of want to. But he's not my bird, actually. We are trying to get some pullets out of him and will probably cull him if we manage to get a decent frizzled cockerel from him.

Kind of. Technically, he's my brother's.

I don't mind Frazzles. If I get one, then I can put a frazzle cockerel over smooth pullets. Basically I want to create a ton of frizzled Japanese bantams. Further thinking is required here. It's still earlyish AM.

Oh ok. Well Frazzles are hard to keep up. Their feathers are brittle and break easily. But if you don’t mind that then kudos to you!
