I get a flu shot every year - can't remember when I last had the flu. But used to be good for losing a couple of pounds. When I had pneumonia ages ago, I lost 10 but, gained it back . My mom lost 18 and had to be hospitalized.

I don't eat when I'm sick. Which can mean 2-5 days of no food.

Then there are days when I'm perfectly healthy but not hungry so don't eat.
