She seems ok except her so on is no longer attached.
Someone mention glue or stitched
to place the skin in its proper place.

Can you post an updated photo?

If the wound is starting to scab over and the skin that was torn is starting to shrivel and die, I would just leave it be. Keep applying ointment to the wound, the loose/damaged skin will most likely fall off in time.
