Im looking to buy some more grey call hens if anybody has any Pm me..thanks

Calls are laying like crazy here and i have 2 trays in the redwood full...have some pipping now. pics when they hatch

Hi everybody thought i would join in. I have calls in the bator. I love them they are so cute. Cant find any calls up here. I have six eggs in the bator, when I candled yesterday two have a heartbeat, I hope more show up. I heard theyare hard to hatch and this is my first time hatching Does anyone have any advice? I sure could use it. I have raised other ducks and when they are ducklings I don't use the medicated chick starter BUT I read somewhere that you use the medicated starter on calls is this true? I don't want to hurt them if I can hatch them out. If I can get them that far god forbid i give then the wrong food and do them in. That would be devastating.

you will be VERY lucky to have them live to even hatch all depends on your incubator conditions...what kind are you using, ive only got 2 call ducks in my life to hatch from a Little giant styrafoam. My redwood works great though
