Da' Cute and Cuddly Call Duck thread!

Adorable ducklings! That is very interesting that they would produce more of the same colors. When they're feathers start coming in they might have a few specially colored feathers that indicate they're mixed colors. I bet they'll be beautiful.

I can't wait 'til mine hatch. It'll be my first time raising and owning calls.

Really? You think so? I really hope so!

So of the three fertile eggs, all hatched!!! Thats a 100% hatch rate for my calls :celebrate I've learned so much from BYC In the 8 years I've been here :hit
I used Pyxis' assisted hatching method and followed WVduckchick's humidity guidelines.

I was very excited to see what my white drake on my grays would produce... more white and grays :lol:

Should I apologize for the fluffy spam...?
Very cute and round and keep the fluffy spam coming. We love it.

Sleepy fluffs. I can now confirm that baby #1 really does not have a tail. I cant find an oil gland either so im interested to see how he makes out. Ameracuna call ducks?? Lol.

Such a precious lil one. No oil gland sounds like you'll need the blow dryer maybe a lil house duck? No oil gland means it won't be able to keep it's feathers water proofed.

I was afraid of that, the adult feathers alone have some water resistant quality to them dont they? We'll have to see how how he does. I tried to find a someone with similar situation but couldn't. Hoping he has it and i just cant find it.
