Ohmygosh. Amy, I'm so sorry. Prayers for you and your sweet angel baby, Milkshake.

I'm really worried, the vet thinks it's a congenital defect so that means the same thing could happen to Pancake. She couldn't find any problems with her, her liver was fine, she had food in her stomach, no signs of infection, nothing. She also confirmed that yes, Milkshake was in fact a little girl. Our little baby girl...

She was just so happy and lively...I can't believe how fast it all happened...

Awe, Amy. My heart is breaking for you. Did she tell you the gender of Pancake? Wishing and hoping all is well with your little one and that she is Milkshake's little baby sister.

No, we still have our Saturday appointment to find out Pancake's gender. The vet waived the $150 emergency fee because she felt so bad, so I thought it would be in poor taste to request a checkup on little Cake. Besides, it's not like I was in any frame of mind to do so, anyway. :/

This news saddens me about little Milkshake. I am truly and sincerely sorry for her death and of course its effect upon you and Hils. I really hope Pancake lives a long life. I am happy the vet waived the er fee. I am touched you got impressions of little Milkshakes's feet.
