Help!!! I was hoping I could get some opinions on a situation I have right now. I have call duck eggs in my incubator and they are due to hatch in 4 days. Today is the last day of turning the eggs (I do it by hand 3 times a day) and as I was turning them, I noticed a few dark spots on one of the eggs where the air cell was located. I immediately candled it to see what the issue was and now I am more confused then ever! The baby is moving like crazy and I can here tapping, but there is no longer an air cell visible! Zero! It was clearly defined the last time the eggs were candled. The entire inside of the egg is now covered in veins and the duckling is clearly visible. I've never seen or read anything like it and can find no information! I turned up the humidity in the incubator, in case it may be trying to hatch early, but I'm not sure what's happening. The other eggs looks completely normal. Clearly defined air cell with a dark mass beneath and slight movement near the air cell.
