Marshmallow is getting flight feathers started, just keep an eye on it... once the pin feathers get big, it may hang loose a bit too... takes them a bit to build up the new muscles needed for their wing weight...

Others have answered your questions, but for what it's worth, that's what Crashie's wings looked like at that age and she never developed angel wing. I had even gotten some Ace bandage and studied up on wrapping techniques because I was afraid that's what was going on, but nope, just new wing feathers coming in. Fingers crossed that's all it is for Marshmallow!
