I notice a couple have a distinct quack, and some are raspy, would it be too early to sex them based on voices?

Can I ask a call duck question? since they are a petite breed... how is the best way to buy them? I have loved them for a long while and seeing several pairs displayed at my local fair only reignited that interest lol but can you keep just a pair? or like other ducks better to do all drakes/ducks or drakes with a duck ratio.

I have Muscovy here so they would have to be kept separate, so i'd likely only get two... but not sure how is best to do this. Thanks.

My call ducks are housed with my muscovy with no issues what-so-ever. I guess you have muscovy drakes, and that could cause issues.

I'd say keep a trio. It's always better for the girl to have the attention shared, right? :)
