.....it feels great to hear comments like that from real chicken people.....we're new at this but I've really learned a lot here...and I have some ideas of my own rattling around...I thought the vents were pretty neat....I set them away from the coop and built cedar frames to help shed and keep the rain out of the coop but still generate some air flow on the opposite end of where the roosts will be.....in the warm weather the window will create air flow from the roosts up.....at least I'm planning that it will work that way LOL......

Chicks will be here on the 9th or 10th
