Dag on hawks!

Pretty sure they took out 4 of my girls.. anyone use aviary netting or hawk scares with luck for free rangers?

Sorry for your loss. If you can provide some sort of shelter or cover for your flock (even bushes) that can give your birds a place to hide. Unfortunately, once a predator finds a free meal, they tend to return.

Maybe you'd consider a large covered run to protect the rest of your flock?

Welcome to BYC. I dont free range my birds anymore due to hawks. All my birds are securely penned.
If you still want your hens to free range, perhaps a rooster might help, preferably an older rooster.
