Anyone else ever have eggs like this? My girls just started laying maybe a month ago. We found these 2 the last 2 days.

Welcome to BYC! :frow

Commonly referred to as speckled. New layer hiccups are not uncommon.. just a slight glitch in the "spray booth" or pigment portion of the bloom being applied. See #9 of the following article (also described in the paragraph before the video and video was pretty interesting)..

https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/common-egg-quality-problems.65923/

Please note.. it does not seem to be a health problem (according to my experience and understanding).. and adds some variety to your egg basket! Welsumer in particular are reported to lay these speckled eggs. The actual shade may even out somewhere in the middle.. or they may remain speckled.

I will also note that some of my longer term higher production layers throw occasional color glitches too not just new layers.
