Damp Moist Wall In My Chicken Room

First, fix the leak.
100% agree. Regardless of any adjustments you make (or don't) with your chicken keeping arrangements, a wall that gets damp after a couple day's rains has a problem - a problem that needs to be fixed for your health and safety as well as the chicken's.

Wet, dark places with limited airflow breed molds and mildews. Also rot, leading eventually to catastrophic structural failure. How severe? Couldn't guess. How quickly is it progressing? Again, couldn't guess. How long till it fails?? Once again, can't guess.

Someone with experience needs to be "eyes on" the interior of that wall to do some investigation, then remediation. Could be coming in, could be coming down, could be coming up - but one way or another, water is getting in. That's a leak.

Completely false. People have this odd fear of birds because they don't know about them. we have been raising them for years and we know exactly how to manage hygiene and stuff. Please don't spread mis-information as that can prevent rescued chickens from finding good and loving homes.
Sorry, but I’ll never be convinced. It’s completely unhygienic, and that’s not false information.

I find this a fascinating look into a different culture. I have no doubt these birds are loved and cherished pets, and I am pleased to know they are rescues. Conditions in India are extremely different from here in the US so we cannot be judgmental. Could we please get a picture of your birds?
Thank you for your sweet response! @Saaniya share some pics of your darling babies. I'm sharing too.

These are Brownie and Snowy. Brownie was rescued from a poultry farm and Snowy from a chicken shop. Initially I was very scared to keep 1 single hen with a rooster, but thankfully I was able to discipline Brownie early on not to get rough with her. I guess its also in part about his age as he's 2 and a half years old and quite mature. Now he hardly tries to mate and even then isn't forceful. Snowy just runs away and poor guy stands around looking rejected 🤣
But they just exist peacefully together.
