Mine will like a light rain and occasionally a heavier-than-drizzle rain. Like folks said above, it brings out bugs. And it also gives them a bath without yourself getting wet by flapping wings.
No need to worry, they like rain.

Sounds like you are getting more of Nate than we did?My Bad Kids (the ones who refuse to stay within the electric fence) were having a field day today wondering about pecking at the ground. we're at 1.98" of rain since midnight.
Oh mine love frogs..... mine also stay out unless it's a hard rain. Then they hang out under the coop. They only go inside to lay or roostRain brings out the tasty bugs, and frogs, and worms. I like being out in a light rain.
