Dancing in the rain?

Mine will like a light rain and occasionally a heavier-than-drizzle rain. Like folks said above, it brings out bugs. And it also gives them a bath without yourself getting wet by flapping wings. No need to worry, they like rain.

My Bad Kids (the ones who refuse to stay within the electric fence) were having a field day today wondering about pecking at the ground. we're at 1.98" of rain since midnight.

Rain brings out the tasty bugs, and frogs, and worms. I like being out in a light rain.

Oh mine love frogs..... mine also stay out unless it's a hard rain. Then they hang out under the coop. They only go inside to lay or roost

Mine developed web feet. They'd rather get soaked to the bone than find a dry spot under the coop. Oh, I forgot they're allergic to direct sunlight. They hang out under coop ALL day long on those days.

Raining day here! Had to go running around closing windows when we woke up. I went out to the coop thinking I would feed indoors and all my RIR were lined up on the ladder out staring at me like lady your late open the door! So I did. Some of them went out and didn't seem to mind one bit. All my younger birds but one were completely fine just staying on roosts. No stampede today to go out lol. My lab how ever was sitting in the rain looking completely drenched while rest of the dogs glanced at me from inside! So funny how every animal is so different. Curious to see who all comes out today. Our little Hop is the only one who will be forced to stay inside today because of his leg I don't want him stuck where he can't get dry if it really comes down.
