Dandruff or what?

Good morning all. I am a first time chicken mom and really ignorant about a lot of stuff. View attachment 1937807 I have a question about one of my girls. She looks like she has a little dandruff on her head and the feathers on her head look like they are thinning. I can't catch her & I don't see good up close and can't tell if they are mites or what. She doesn't appear to have any other symptoms, but I think that maybe another bird is getting the same thing. Can anyone help me figure out how to help her? Thanks for any input.

Not dandruff but yes looks like chicken dander when they grew up and have new feathers their feathers are covered in the coating of Wax and it looks like dandruff but it's the dander they shed when new feather opening .it's normal

At 13 weeks it's new feathers often called a 'juvenile molt'. Even adult birds in molt will look like that during annual molt sometimes. Molt can be hard, with bare spots and they look horrible, or it can be soft and barely noticeable unless you really look. It can vary from year to year and from bird to bird.
