Dangerously thin hen with undigested feed in excrement

If you end up losing her it could be worth get a necropsy done. I doubt it's anything contagious so the results would more be just getting answers for your sake though

She's not doing well at all. She's so weak today she can't even lift herself up off the ground without great effort. I don't think she's going to make it, but I'm doing all that I can.

I've been feeding her tomato puree with an eyedropper, and giving her electrolytes too. I am stumped and don't know what else I can do.

She's eating normal feed too right?
Drinking and staying hydrated?

When was her last egg? Do you feel any bloat or fluid in the abdomen below the vent between her legs?
