I guess it's that time of year. I picked out twenty to show at the county fair the end of the month. The day after I sent in the registration, they're tails fell out.I sure don't have any eggs! All of mine keep going broody. Penny isn't broody but she's in full molt.

The law of averages indicates you were due some pullets.....The only chick I didn't get a picture of is my suspected cockerel. So, I think I'm safe to say I do have at least four pullets and a maybe cockerel. Will have to try for a picture of that one. It looks girly in every way except for a slightly suspicious comb, more rounded at the back with some minor pink in it. Body is very narrow and no hackle black, either.![]()
