Karen, may be a bit early to tell from those pictures. One hint that sometimes helps, but doesn't always hold true. The shoulder feathers at the top of the wings on the milles: patterned ones are usually the pullets. Solid gold/brown ones are usually males. However, it's not a sure thing. Broad combs at the back of the comb are mostly males. By three to four weeks of age, you're usually pretty sure of them, one way or another, but there's sometimes one that keeps you guessing.

Update on Rusty and the girls. They are enjoying the freedom of free ranging. That seems to have cured Rustys aggression. He hasn't puffed up at me at all since I have been letting them out and he and girls will run around at my feet. Now those sneaky girls have a hidden nest. He hasn't chased the turkey anymore. I wish I had it on video. The babies are becoming escape artist and try to jump out of the brooder when its open.

That's fabulous! I used to let mine free range a bit when I had only the first 7 but when the numbers got more, I quit. Might try it again this summer, with supervision.

Yesterday, finally got around to worming the entire bantam coop after more than a year and a half, then we dremeled Aubrey's 3" spurs by more than half. He was very good, didnt bite me once. Carly, Maura and Sissy's chicks are due to hatch Friday. There are only 4 between them. Had to toss one a few days ago. Same thing, LF Dellie crosses from the main two groups.
