Are you sure the one on the left is a boy? It's feather pattern is coming in different than the other 2, the chick directly to the right is what the other 2 look like for comparison.
I moved them outside on sunday and since then the feathers on all of them started growing fast. My first flock went straight to the coop, these were inside in a brooder so that's really the only thing I could think of for why these ones were feathering so slow and patchy.Okay, there's one girl.
