Well he ever start to cocka doodle doo in the morning too? Because I have a black polish and he sure loves to do it ,but not once have I heard the dark Brahma make a single attempt

Eventually, he should start to crow. My guess is that he hasn't started crowing yet because he is subordinate to the other rooster. Subordinate roosters don't crow as much as dominant roosters, as they don't want to get into trouble with the dominant rooster.
