This is my first golden Sebright hen (I've somehow gotten all boys in the past) and I noticed her face is really dark. My male silver and gold sebrights do not have this dark face an I was wondering what this is? I also have no idea how to tell when she is going to lay because her comb and wattles are really dark. I found a cream colored egg this morning but I also have a red pyle, silver duckwing, and two d'uccle pullets in the pen too and they're all really close to laying so I don't know who laid it.
Any information on this? I tried searching, but I can't find much information.
