Koda was walking back from the stream when he heard the tiniest whimper. "What was that?" He asked himself, pausing. Curiosity got the better of him, and he started to sniff around. "What?" He said out loud after a minute. "Another pup?"

"Well, well." He decided to bring it back to camp and see if Forest wanted him. "Come on little pup," He said gently and picked it up. "Poor thing is so cold!" Thought Koda.

The small pup felt his freezing scruff scrunching up and his body lifting into the air, he whimpered as he went along with the strange wolf .

Lark watched as Marble bounded back to the river and smiled. She stood and headed into camp.
