Dark spot on duck egg! Pleas help!

I dropped the humidity to 60 and misted the three eggs that haven't internally piped yet.

I just checked my incubator, the internal pip hasn't externally pipped So I candled it. It's still squirming around in the air cell.
I listened to the egg and herd chirping, could he be having trouble making a pip?
Humidity is around 46%, been adding water to bring it up a little.

how long has it been internally pipped?
keep trying to get your humidity up to about 60%

generally speaking at 24 hours or so i would make a safety hole as close to the bill as possible
and when i open the bator throw a warm wet paper towel in to help bump the humidity up afterward

when you checked on it by chance did you candle the other end to see if you could see the yolk??
