Dark spot on duck egg! Pleas help!

No I don't see anything.
53% was 64%
the problem we are going to face now is that with the more we open the incubator and help this one, the more it jeopardizes the others
so give it some time, the next time you have to open it, (again make sure to throw warm damp paper towel in) and check the others for internals

I may have missed it, if so I apologize, but what kind of incubator is being used here?

Little giant, forgot which model

Update: I just moistened the membrane again and removed some more shell from the air cell. I looks like the blood has been soaked up since I noticed the duckling tore some of the membrane and I didn't see any blood. Did see yawning. He seems to be getting stronger.

That's great! Did you happen to check the others?

You are doing fine. I would lubricate the membrane and just give it more time. If the bill is free, it can breathe. It will start wiggling and struggling when it is ready to come out, then you may have to remove a little more shell, toward your pencil line, in all directions. But I'd just give it a little more time now.
