Totally understandable! I love it lol and squash hence why I now have 3 each 🤣🤣🤣 but my other two eggplants are literally fingernail size still lol it’s disappointing 🤣😭 hence buying a giant one lol also it depends how it’s cooked I think and there are different types. Mine is Black Beauty aka the usual round one but they have Japanese ones that are long and skinny and other types like that that might be better. Or you might just hate all of them lol have you tried eggplant parm? I made it once and it was really good!

I made eggplant parmesan and couldn't throw it out fast enough. Tasted like old construction paper with feet on top. :lol:
