That's a crazy happy garden. How you gonna find the tomatoes in that jungle? Is that just one plant? They sure can grow. Mine are up a few feet so easier to pinch off leaves so I can find those tomatoes.
It’s a bit difficult :lau  some are easy though like the ones on the backside are pretty easy to spot. The rest I’m gonna have to dig :lau it’s 3 different plants and I didn’t realize quite how much space they would need sooo… jungle. 🤣 next year I will space them further apart. That’s a good idea making it raised up.

I usually do some pruning on my tomatoes as they grow. I remove the bottom leaves and any that are too much. I usually get some blight every year so I try to keep them off the ground and cleaned up so air can blow through. I have been a bit lazy this year though.

This year I also used straw to mulch. See if it helps to keep the late blight at bay or not. Yours don't look blighted at all, but it is your first year growing them in this area?

That’s a good idea!! I’ll have to try that next time. I was/am a bit lazy this time  🤣

Hopefully it works!

Well, SIL always had a garden the few years they were here and then last year we had some volunteer ones come up on their own. We didn’t do anything to them. So technically this year is my first year actually growing them and having specific varieties not just volunteer from hers hahah there is a tiny bit of blight on the bottom since it’s so dark down there but it hasn’t seemed to spread.
