It looks fine! Usually they will look like a spider or alien and be swimming all around in the egg. That particular egg looks like it may have twins? If so the prognosis isn't good for it to hatch.

OK thanks I have not seen any movement in there at all? When should I candle again day 18? Or sooner thanks

That looks normal for day 10
Not twins
One round circle is the head the other is the butt
I see this with all of my eggs as I candle daily when incubating
With my twin rhgs I had 4 round circles in them
You can check again tomorrow for movement
Sometimes they rest
As long as you see veins and it’s not a big dark blob then you don’t have to worry
